Q. How are your cards made?

A. All cards are made from acid free 110 card stock glossy or matte. They are seal with an acrylic spray to seal in the ink and protect them from fading and turning yellow over time. Most cards us my own technique of print, paint and spray.

Q. When can I expect to receive my order?

A. Depending on the size of the order you can expect to receive your order in 1 to 2 weeks during the slow season and 4 weeks for the busy season. All cards are made to order and are started on from the time they are received.

Q. How will my order be shipped?

A. All orders are shipped US postal first class. You can request 2nd day rush if you email me first for prices and information.

Q. Do your cards come with a money back or replacement policy?

A All cards from Bill’s Card Creations and Crafts come with 100% money back or replacement if not fully happy with the product for any reason.

Q. Dose your company accept personal checks?

A. Bill’s Card Creations and Crafts will accept personal checks but the order may be delay up to 10 business days till the check clears.

Q Do you sell whole-sale?

A. We sell to whole-sellers with a valid business license or tax number.
