"Bill's Card Creations and Crafts" will replace or refund your money if
you are not happy with any product, If it is damaged in shipment. Here are the
instructions to follow to get a replacement or money back:
- If your product is damaged in the shipment please
email me for a replacement. Please include
your Name, Address, and any ordering information so I can send you a
replacement. Include the nature of the damage in detail in the email
(Example: ink run, card torn etc.) please mail the damaged card back to Bill's
card Creations and Crafts.
- If you would like your money back because you are not happy with any
product, send the product back to: Bill's Card
Creations and Crafts 1630 Love Road Grand Island New York 14072. With
ordering information and the reason that you are not satisfied with the
product for a full refund of money.

email me letting me know that you are
returning a product for a full refund. Include your Name, Address and any
ordering information and reason for returning so I can help resolve any
problems that may have occurred.
Not following the above instructions may cause a delay in the
